Just got the newest update to this app (2/18/24), and it locked me out of my previous account even tho I used it the night before. Tried starting a new account & it won't load. It won't add any payment cards, starts to load, and then says, "Please try again or call driver services." Slow, unreliable, when it does load, nothing works. It wouldn't be so bad, but I stop at flying j and pilots a lot. Please fix this app
Worst app on my phone. The absolute slowest app I've ever seen. If I could give a negative star I would. Logs me out at random times, especially when needing to get fuel and won't let me log in. Forces me to use card on several occasions and it's getting worse. Update: I see some things never change. If I could give a negative 5, I would. The loves app is by far better at service than the PFJ app. Why even have an app when it won't even load at most fuel stops? Yet PFJ refuses to do anything.
Reserve a shower and you'll know why the app should definitely show the shower line. It's been about an hour and I have no idea where in line I am or if I've even moved up one spot. I could cancel but there's no option to cancel shower. I suspect that a lot of people are tired of waiting and leaving which leaves the shower empty for ten minutes until the system cancels it.
