Comments about PlainApp: File & Web Access Android Version
The app still lands on a "This site can't be reached" page after I have tried a lot of https options, http options, killed all apps, ended services, and ended running background apps. Sounds like a very good app in idea, but it is just faster to use a cable then having to mess with my services every time. I'd love to get some support for this, and not the snarky replies that the developer is sending to one-star reviews.
It's like Simple Apps, but lacking more features than the Simple Apps. Basically a Jack of All Trades App, which features needs to be more fleshed out. 1. Needs better navigation when selecting the App settings, Storage, Work, Exchange rate. Not sure why command has to be entered. I understand the command-like interface is good for taking quick notes. But then it gets cluttered up eventually. 2. Needs more options when viewing media. 3. RSS is too basic and needs more functionality.
Best app in it's class and I've tried so so many! I really love how you can connect on any PC without having to install any additional piece of software.
