Still in the initial days if using it. They need to fix some bugs here . Every time you refresh the page or click in 'Seal #' enty field, it will duplicate the entry in the 'Seal #' entry field as well as in the 'Reference Numbers' heading below. So once you enter the sea, no avoid clicking that field. Another bug, the app, will automatically put you enroute with a slight movement after you have arrived at your location. I am moving the truck and still not done, but the app assumes otherwise.
Our company payed thousands of dollars to use this program and this app is garbage. Constant issues , probably redownload this app 5 times already. 4 months In and still can't fix load history to actually load. Really frustrated using this app, tech support keeps saying to delete and reinstall ... Smh, might be better off looking for different alternatives
