Extremely disappointed. I placed a large order which was missing three items. When I inquired about the items, customer service totally dismissed me even though it was either their mistake or the courier that they partner with. Either way, they have refused to reimburse me even though I've always been a loyal customer. Won't be ordering again, save your money, go elsewhere.
If I add an item to my favourites, it duplicates in number. So if there are 5 items in my favourites, the tally counts it as 10. Hate that I have to press add to my basket to see what sizes are available!!! The search facility is super slow. The app lags, crashes, doesn't load at times, even though I've cleared my caches a million times and uninstalled it etc - ANNOYING! I could go on, FIX THE BUGS!
I'm so disappointed, I placed an order on the 3rd August 2023 and got the confirmation email as well as the ETA which was yesterday the 24th of August 2023. However, I wrote an email yesterday morning, to let them know about my concerns because my tracking status on the app which says the items have been shipped, doesn't correspond with the tracking status of the courier which says the parcel is getting ready for "despatch". I'm so confused on whether I should be patient or request for refund.
