RadiaCode Description
The dosimeter can be operated in one of three ways: autonomously, through a smartphone app (via Bluetooth or USB), or through PC software (via USB).
In all operation modes, Radiacode:
- Measures current dose rate levels of gamma and X-ray radiation and can display the data in numerical values, or as a graph;
- Calculates and displays the cumulative dose of the gamma and X-ray radiation;
- Calculates and displays the cumulative radiation energy spectrum;
- Signals when dose rate or cumulative radiation dose exceeds thresholds set by a user;
- Continuously stores the above data in non-volatile memory;
- While under the app control, it continuously streams the data to the control gadget for real-time indication and storing it in database.
The app allows:
- Setting Radiacode parameters;
- Displaying all types of measurement results;
- Storing the measurement results in the database with time stamps and location tags;
- Tracking the route data points on Google Maps and displaying them with the dose rate color tags.
In demo mode, the app works with a virtual device. This gives you the opportunity to familiarize yourself with the app before you purchase the device.
Radiacode indicators:
- LCD
- LEDs
- alarm sound
- vibration
Controls: 3 buttons.
Power supply: built-in 1000 mAh Li-pol battery.
Run time: > 10 days.

Comments about RadiaCode Android Version
Device is great, app disconnects randomly then fails to reconnect. I made sure to turn off battery optimizations. I tried to manually pair the device but I can't guess the Bluetooth code. And recording gps without "tracks" doesn't seem to work. Or I haven't figured out how to view them on the map. Everyone complains about the UI but it looks perfectly fine, just might be a tad unintuitive in some areas. Like I said the device itself is fantastic.
Amazing for all nuke nerds. I'm stunned that I can carry a gamma spectrometer in my pocket. It seems accurate based on my analysis of some professional check sources. There are tools on github for building other custom applications, though the ecosystem is a little bit immature still.
This is a combined review of the device and the app: Both are 5 stars! Both have exceeded my expectation in feature set and reliability. Everything works as expected, and it does everything I wanted and then some. I'm detecting and measuring things I thought I'd need a lab and a grant for, this is amazing. The map view is my favorite, but the graph view is excellent, and the spectrometry view is why I bought it in the first place. In addition, the ability to mirror all functionality and settings of the device on the app is amazing. Very good work done here by the engineers responsible!

The XAPK format was introduced to package the APK file and OBB file together for a seamless delivery and installation process.
XAPK format can help reduce the package size of application.
On mobile phones, users need to install the XAPK installer first, and then install XAPK files through that installer. You can find the installer here:https://apkcombo.com/how-to-install/. But on PC client, you just need to put the file on LDPlayer.
