RADs! Description
RADs! is a dramatically different way of recognizing contributions. What usually gets a “pat in the back,” RADs make tangible (e.g., converts money or ownership).
Users can join and participate in as many communities as they wish.
As a member of a community you can recognize the contribution of other co-owners by just tapping an icon as many times as you feel like it. You can also set a reminder to speak to another co-owner to resolve conflicts or simply give feedback.
Each community decides when to convert recognitions to RADs (e.g., monthly).
