In the beginning, I was quite surprised at how useful the app was. I was not expecting such functionality. For a while now, I can no longer connect to the vacuum cleaner, probably due to the new firmware. Apparently, there is no support for vertical handheld vacuum cleaners anymore. Trying to reach customer support is pointless. There is absolutely no support from the manufacturer. It's like talking to bots. Rubbish products, bad services

App won't connect to bluetooth, tried two phones. My phone sees the vacuum. Manually adding also fails, can only choose robot vacuum model, while it clearly shows my vacuum in the installation pictures. Scanning the qr code on top of the vacuum also fails . Absolute rubbish.

The app ask that you reset wifi on the Eve Plus every time you need to connect a new phone. Offcourse this means that the device then forgets any other phone or tablet that was connected, so if two persons are using the cleaner, each one has to reset the device every time in order to start it. Total flop. I guess it's a problem on both the device and the app
