I agree, it would be in accord with the ICMR guidelines and given the development of app within a pandemic time would be quite cubersome. However, my suggestion was both for the ICMR and the app developers. Suggestions would be helpful to make it more user friendly. For instance, while using the app on the spot, I couldn't go further with the date of sample collection (there weren't any options for 1st may, 2020 neither there was any option to write it down manually). Kindly, scrutinize it
Needs improvement. For print out of every pts form, we have to individually open each form and mail it. Kindly improve it so that we can send multiple print outs at a time. Also, keep "no" as a default selected option for non mandatory fields. If required, drs will change it to "yes". This will improve the speed and efficacy of us doctors.
Till the latest update, the app was working fine. Multiple people could login using the same ID at the same time and the forms could be completed faster by multiple people. But after the update only one could login at a time. This has severely affected the work speed and it is nearly impossible to enter details of all the clients (minimum is 100/day) by a single person. Please rectify this problem as early as possible.
