This makes a few times that the inmate didn't receive the money I sent Im so fed up with this since Friday March 1 2024 I haven't been able to get on the app to see if the money was sent or not. Plus it takes a lot longer then 4 hours for my husband to get his money when I send it through Send2corrections!

It makes you re-enter your personal information every time you use it and they use that horrible birthday calendar that forces you to scroll back on years which is not fun for an older person.

This app is not affiliated with western union. I tried to call WU and they said its not. Im waiting to see if I can get my money back somehow because the person I sent it to hasn't gotten it yet.
