The app is profoundly and confoundingly terrible given the $299 price tag of the device. I've experienced chronic issues connecting to the app, getting the app and device to work in synchronization, and the app suddenly quitting. The 'free' audio content choices are extremely limited - disappointing. In this moment, I feel a bit scammed. This product has such potential to be beneficial. Please get the bugs worked out.

Can't access app at all. Installed & opened. What looks to be introductory info is frozen. Forced shutdown & tried again. Intro flickered & shut itself down, then went straight to sign in/sign up. Tried to do the latter. Screen frozen, not able to sign up. Forced shutdown, uninstalled, reinstalled. Tried again. Frozen sign up screen. Intro & permission for app to send notifications flickered open & closed too quickly to click on. Repeated all of the above 3 times. I'll be sending device back.

I paid $300 for this device and they have the nerve to give me a limited set of tracks to listen to on this app, unless I subscribe to another monthly service through them. I honestly understand having a couple of tracks be subscription but not 4 or 5 out of 8 in a category. This should be changed ASAP as it's absurd to ask people to buy an expensive device and then limit the tracks that are allowed to be listened to! Absurd, rude and honestly pathetic! Rethink this!!
