Setmore +app does everything I need in a really simple intuitive way. I switched to Setmore from another software that was phasing out support in my country and it was constant frustration in the end. With Setmore, the questions I had and some intial issues around integrations were solved fast and with dedication, just great. App has a good user feel, the booking experience is rated by my customers as smooth. If you need an app that can do accounting, this isn't for you, but otherwise it's gold
I'm done with this wonky app. I have an appointment at noon today. I have gotten emails about it. The calendar shows no appointments today. (11/11/22 happened again. Client scheduled, paid, not on calendar) The buffer at the end of services keeps disappearing. Other than this crazy stuff, my main complaint is that it's really hard to add additional available days, outside of the usual schedule. If I have an additional day, let's say a Tuesday, I have to open up all Tuesdays for ever. So lame.
I don't like the fact that it opens up on my phone sideways. Stop that! When I switch between apps I have to constantly rotate my phone, it's annoying and inconvenient. Please update that. At least make it an option I can choose as opposed to the standard.
