Comments about Skull-iQ Android Version
The hearing modes doesnt work properly when on the app, it takes forever to load and in the end is stuck on anc off. The button on the bud wont even work but for some reason using the voice command does. Most of the other things in the app works fine and instantly in spite of that, like the EQ. Unfortunate the "future proof" part of the product is diminished by the less than optimal app for now, but if all the flaws are worked out itd be a great part of the product.
It just doesn't work. I've gone through a ridiculous amount of troubleshooting, done a full factory reset, given the app all the permissions it wants, turned everything off and on, and it just won't connect. I got it to connect for a little bit, but there was no eq, and then it disconnected again. My internet connection is fine. Terrible app. Terrible headphones.
EDIT 2: it has forgotten all of my settings again:( EDIT: recently it has started remembering my setting. The personalized sound doesn't apply until you open the app and turn it on every time but I can live with that so long as it saves my button configurations. Has lots of features I really like, but it doesn't save any of them. It reconfigures all of my buttons every time I close the app. Hopefully this gets fixed soon cause I'd really like to get the most out of my Rail ANC's.
