I liked the app as it has lost of useful features, integration with Google Fit and used to work well. But recently, the apps alarms go off randomly at times I never set. For weekends, I usually have no alarm on as I had this night. But an alarm went off at around 3:29 AM! This is unacceptable. The app is now harmful to my sleep instead of helping me to get better sleep. I uninstalled it and changed to another app.

Nice app with many features but oftentimes not very intuitive to use. The statistics are missing explanations and I found myself oftentimes searching for a setting I had seen before but couldn't remember where. So a search functionality could be nice. Also, I would wish for a time line / calender view to visually see how my sleep schedule of the past week was at a glance.

I've been using this app for a year now and I have to say it has helped me improve my day to day sleep. I set my alarm about an hour before I'm supposed to wake up and set the snooze duration to 60 minutes. Seems ridiculous, I know, but my brain & body are happier when I let myself snooze. It does drain the battery a lot when the sleep tracker is on, but I think it's worth all the improved sleep I get.
