***DO NOT BUT FREE TRIAL/ CHARGES IMMEDIATELY *** App only displays messages up to the moment it is downloaded. Most of the names aren't displayed in contacts but some are, not sure how that happens. App downloads messages as .pdf but the file is corrupted and can't even open to verify and read. App freezes and shuts down when trying to just print out messages. Too many problems for the price.

It's a scam! Will be reporting to the Better Business Bureau. I clicked on the 3 day "free trial" and got charged $42! I went and immediately cancelled the subscription (that was not supposed to charge me for 3 more days anyway). But I've already lost the money. I will contest. Then app only shows a screen of a logo and nothing to click on or do. App doesn't even work or take you anywhere to do anything. It's just an endless loop between a permissions page and a page with a logo. Total scam!

So far super easy. We'll see if I can get everything to print but the exporting was easier than I found so far. Literally just needed to export and print one set of conversations
