Stopdrom - relax + mindfulness Description
Stopdrom is a relaxation and mindfulness application created for children, by specialists in the field. The application offers a rich content of exercises in Romanian, synchronized with the child's age, gender and preferences.
Children are the direct beneficiaries. The content is created in such a way as to guide them to mindful existence (mindfulness), and to understand that it is helpful in their everyday life.
It helps them to direct their attention to their own being gently, gradually, playfully, playfully.
Stopdrom can help achieve harmony within the family. With more relaxed children, the whole family is more relaxed. But it is not forbidden to try an exercise yourself. It will help you too.

How do you access stopdrom content?
Go to my.stopdrom.com, create an account! Creating an account is free, we just need an active email address. We don't need your bank card details!
Register your children! After creating your account, you can enroll your children by adding a family member. You must enter the child's name, date of birth, gender. Then you select in which language you want the application to be used.
Generate a PIN! Generate a PIN for each family member, remember it! This PIN must be entered when starting the application, so your child does not have to enter passwords, username, etc. This PIN is only valid for 30 minutes! If the child has not entered the PIN within this interval, you must generate another PIN. Once the pin is registered, the app retains the user.
Start the app, enter the generated PIN, explore the content.
Relax!
The application will propose a set of exercises for each day, for each part of the day. It is recommended to take into account these suggestions, as well as the instructions in each exercise for the best possible result.
