Apparently Xi decided he does not like me anymore so the app stopped working for me. The printer is fine and still prints my latest segment I added some weeks ago by using the repeat button on the printer. But sending a new printing instruction from the app does nothing even though the printer is connected and the light is green. Unacceptable. I printed maybe 5 labels in total and the app collects your very soul in terms of privacy, probably watched me while I typed this.

I like this label maker. It connects easily and it's fine for its purpose. HOWEVER, I'd like to see a lot more images and fonts. I see other thermal printers that have a ton of icons and over 300 fonts! This has about a dozen fonts if you're lucky and while it does have some images, nothing as detailed as these other thermal printer companies. Once this app does a nice update with more things we can use, or advice on what I could do (maybe I'm missing an option), then I'll change my review.

I bought this SPY WARE via Amazon a year ago and WAS going to use it TODAY. But I won't. No freeking way I will allow China into my data, photos, contacts over simply wanting to print a freekin label. All the extra label rolls and it will be part of the trash bag this week. The seriousness of this MATTER should have been discussed at point of sale !!!! Grrrr
