Horrible Customer support for fixing issues... Very frustrating experience. Cheated smartly. I want to give -5 Rating. I have requested to upgrade my setup box, but They're only rescheduling the visits. They don't care about customers. Take your set top box and antenna return and refund me my money. Very poor service better switch to some other professional/ standard brand.
It's good app. Currently, we can add specific channels to the watchlist. Please provide an option to add specific programs or movies to watchlist so that we can see the upcoming schedule of our favourite programs or movies at a single place.
Annual subscription paid but to add a free channel it asked balance! And it needs minimum two hundred for recharge. Why? Even If recharge the balance amount deducted from my account with out any prior information and with out any reason! What a awful system! Change your system user friendly otherwise soon I will withdraw from your service
