I don't think you deserve all these bad ratings, but I believe the subscription idea ruins it, until play store adds a subscription type purchase. Maybe a small, demo for the app and then the subscription for the full? That might help a lot. And not much people would get a subscription for a game they haven't even played, or tried out. Hope this helped.
I really wanted to like these apps. Unfortunately, as gorgeous and brilliant as their technology is, this company seems to lack any basic customer service or communication. If I'm going to trust someone to pull money out of my account every month, I'd like to think I might have access to someone when I have a problem not found in their F.A.Q. If I had any sort of financial issue, I would not expect an easy path to resolve it, as well. Too bad...
Im giving this 1 star be I HAD AN SUBSCRIPTION ALREADY ON MY PHONE and when i try to delete the app and download it again i have to buy the subscription Why wont you have a log in tab so we can get into the account with the subscription.
