One of the worst broadband experiences you can get. Please don't get broadband service from them it would be the worst. Connection keeps getting reset, speed issue, no internet during my office hours. You name the issue and they will provide you with it that's the best they can do. Please don't get connection from them if you are a working professional. Highly frustrated!!!!

Worst experience with both wifi performance and customer support. I was told the security deposit won't be returned because I am discontinuing services after using their 3months plus 1 month free offer. I was told one month was free if I take subscription for 3 months. Now they are saying I have used one month extra so security deposit will not be refunded. These talk like scam artists.
