It constantly always keeps telling me that I cannot sign in or that my password or phone number is not matching I had a working on my old phone but had problems with it at first also, but right now I am not able to get it to sign into my account so I can see the data amounts I have left and when my expiration date for when my phone needs to be renewed, is definitely getting super aggravating!! GRRRRR!!!

This app has some bugs in it. 1) It updated my balance 3/13/24 at 6:29pm. The only problem is it's only 2:30pm 3/13/24. 2) Another thing is it's not updating the secondary number I have on my account since I paid the $15 unlimited talk and text on 3/6/24. It just shows retrieving information. Another thing to mention is that it takes hours to get a balance when you add data or airtime.

If you want to get ripped off, go ahead and get tracfone and this app. I have 2 Trac phones. I bought the $40.00 plan for both phones. Unlimited talk and text and 8 Gs of data. At first I didn't get any data at all on either phone. I contacted customer service. Finally after writing a bad review, they fixed one phone and I got my data, then on other one too. I have 3 phones now but was told they don't give discounts for multiple phones.
