Great app, once you've made a purchase be sure to uninstall the app and reinstall. This will unlock all purchased content properly. I had exactly this problem where I bought VIP and an additional name and only half of it unlocked. Uninstalled and reinstalled and it all works fine. It would be handy to be able to preview the kids names and how they are pronounced before adding them.

Amazing app great for all year round when kids are being naughty and you actually call santa to speak to them it's actually very believable compared to other apps where santa has a strange and unusual accent for the character. Also has a choice to record the video conversations so you can keep each video call saved forever Love this app!

I attempted to purchase my youngest son's name twice and even though I paid for it both times I was unable to download it. I also purchased the "VIP Package" deal for all videos and more than half of the videos were locked. I contacted app developer several times without success , so now I am out over $10 and cannot use this with my kids.
