The app (old and new) doesn't WORK! Can't login with old credentials. Even when I set a new password also doesn't work. There is something horribly wrong and to date it still doesn't work. Please don't send out new exciting information if it doesn't even work properly. Really bad image for Virgin Active.
Terrible app. It never works, I managed to login just once. I've never redeemed a single reward. Why even bother with having an app Virgin Active - save the money upgrade and maintain the equipment in the gym. Update: FFWD to 13 Dec 2023 I managed to log in again. Progress is painfully slow. Good news it recorded all the times I swiped in and out so I accumulated lots of Kauai vouchers - bad news they all expired because I couldn't access them because this app is terrible. Good job VA 😒
I like the idea of the app and the various features, but this app needs tweaking / fixing. The load times are painful, it takes a min of 30 seconds for the sections to load. Another 20 seconds to load the timetables. The navigation and layout is also not intuitive, the timetable should be the first thing I see
