When the login doesn't work or locks up, try closing the app and reopening it. That usually fixes it. This app is now working again, sometimes, but the information shown for prescriptions is often incorrect. For example, a prescription filled for a 90 day supply is often (but not always) shown with a 30 day count, causing the app to prompt the user to refill 60 days early, causing confusion and angry messages from the insurance company. The old version worked correctly, a few years back.
You know what I most love about this app? The fact that you have to log into access the app, then once you are logged in, you have to log again into access any other page/info on the app. And then, half the time you get a message saying that the service isn't available and so you can't access anything even though you've logged in twice. I love that about this app. When it works, it's great. Unfortunately, I'm finding it only works about half the time. Recent problem, not sure why.
compared to Bartells app, it is really horrible. The updates are never available for existing prescriptions. You need to use the scan feature, which works fine. Then, the text alert when the prescription is ready never works so you have no idea when it will be ready or if it is being processed. Walgreen, you have a strong brand power. You need to upgrade your tech product experience big time to meet users' expectations.
