This app has become complete garbage. I cannot overstate how terrible it is. It takes FOREVER to scan tickets in, since after every third one, you receive a message that there's been an "Unexpected server error". Absolutely aggravating, and infinitely infuriating. 0/10. If there was something lower than one star, I would select that option.
This app has so many issues!! First, it won't open & I have to reload. Then I try to scan my tickets & it tells me there are unexpected issues. This happens over and over again. Time and time again!! I don't trust that it's giving me the correct ticket scan/entry for points. I didn't have these issues in the past, so what is happening? PLEASE fix these problems!!
Glitchy as heck - very inconsistent. I thought it was my old phone Galaxy S10, that was causing it to hang and not start for about 50% of time, but I replaced it with a new Flip 5 and it's worse! It will only open 1 out of 10 tries - no kidding, and another 20% of time, it will give a "server" error and then start again without issues. Terrible app and I am resorting to get my tickets scanned at the lottery counters - what a waste of time. I gave it 2 stars as it only works partially.
