WeBIAT Description
It is an application designed and built by and with employees: It is a new communication channel. Its objective is to be able to strengthen HR proximity while meeting the needs of BIAT staff, to facilitate access to information, but also to promote a common corporate culture and to connect them to each other. WeBIAT is the brand of HR digitalization within the Bank. It will appear in a first version and will be continuously improved by new features.
It offers lively and engaging content to all employees:
- The latest news from the bank in terms of events, news, internal job offers, etc.
- The training offer by target audience enriched with the schedule
- HR counterparts by activity: credits, overheads, payroll, training, etc.
- The directory/directory of employees: photos, assignment, contact, location.

The 5 main features of WeBIAT are:
WeBIAT access:
- Secure access to the application following a connection via the BIAT email address composed of the registration number (exp: 12345@biat.com.tn) and the session password.
- Possibility to disconnect via the disconnection tab or via an automatic decision following a time spent inactive

- Consultation of all the Bank's news presented in the form of an article accompanied by photos or videos
- Consultation of important Human Resources messages/information published by the HR department to all staff.
- Consultation of the professional birthdays of the day with the possibility of accessing the professional data of the collaborators
- Consultation of internal job offers published via the internal job exchange
Training:
- Consultation of the types of training available at the level of the training offer of the BIAT skills development center
- Consultation of training by type: Cross-functional training and Targeted training (Agencies (Network), Central services, Managerial support and Courses certifying trades)
- Consultation of training details: Target audience, Duration, Planning, Program and Educational objectives
HR:
- HR counterparts: Consultation of the list of different HR activities with the contacts of each counterpart by profession.
- Consultation of the list of bank employees with the possibility of searching by surname and first name
- Consultation of employee profiles with the necessary information (professional data): Employment and assignment, telephone contacts and office number.

Display of the profile with reference data (First name & Last name, Email address, Internal extension number and photo) and 3 different tabs:
- About: allows you to consult personal data such as Address, CIN N°, CNSS N° and professional data such as assignment, employment, hierarchical superior, telephone N°, floor and office N°
- Curriculum vitae: Allows you to consult the career within the bank, the other professional experiences and the university career
- Training and certification: allows you to consult all the training courses carried out within the BIAT skills development center or a training organization external to the Bank
