Dear programmers, your app stores 2GB of data per week 🤦🏼♀️ It's not normal for devices of 2020 and earlier, because they have small memory ! 🙄 Please fix this, you can store this data in WB servers for example, instead of the user device. I have to clear the WB app data EVERY week, to avoid my phone memory getting full, and after clearing I need to login (wait for sms verification) and the most of purchase history is NOT restored 🙄 But in total, the app is very nice and user friendly ❤
Very good customer service but the only problem is the deduction they make when you return an item aside that I think everything is ok.
Deeply frustrated with Wildberries! Discovered unauthorized charges on my credit card with no explanation. As a loyal customer, the lack of transparency is unacceptable. Withdrawing funds without notice damages trust. I demand an immediate, thorough investigation and a prompt response outlining specifics of these charges. If not resolved, I'll escalate my concerns. The lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable. My confidence in Wildberries has been shattered! Horrible!
