(3/17/24) A less than adequate app promoted by Mint Mobile as their visual voicemail app. Since installing app over a month ago, I've had a tremendous increase in spam calls getting through. Spam detection fails over 85% of the time, and most call transcripts are truncated. To get the full transcript requires a $7.99 monthly subscription. Poor spam detection and protection, and over priced subscription rate, worthless app. Looking into other visual voicemail apps. I do not recommend this app.

Calls will not play you have to close and reopen app. Inconsistent call notes do not stay attached to one number as I have gone through heavy voicemail days and added a note and then gone back and the note had migrated to another number... Why can't you just sync with Gmail contacts? You try to sell more transcriptions, but they are often comically inaccurate. I have over 2000 contacts in Gmail on my phone and they have yet to pop up. The call icon covers up the last 2 numbers

Free version is very meh. Transcript can be helpful but 90% of the time have to just listen to the voicemail anyways. What's a little more annoying is i tried out premium and paid for a year subscription. Decided to cancel since it was alright and lost all my benefits after 2 months instead of just canceling the renewal or giving a refund.
