Very poor experience with this app, I need Zalo for work purposes and I set up the app and registered my foreign number. Now the app has disabled my account due to registration, so when I want to register, they require a photo of my ID or passport, however, no matter how perfect I take the photos, it does not recognize it. This platform is extremely frustrating and not user friendly. Zero star review!

Extremely poor user journey design. To register you need to enter verification code. You can only receive code by an automated voice call. The call is only in the language of the country of the number you are registering with. So if you are travelling somewhere where you don't speak the local language (i.e. 90%+ of all travel), you can't register for the app using a local SIM. Genius!

Lovely app. I like it. Sometimes the browser is broken. Best to open all links in Google Chrome. Also add more English translations please. Perfect app. Lovely. I love this Vietnamese app. ❤️😊 Lots of love from India. ❤️😊 🇮🇳🇻🇳 Please add an option to verify users based on their Foreign passports. It's very annoying to be blocked or locked out on this app.
