لماذا لا تهتمون بعملائكم رغم انكم تقرأون التعليقات ولكنكم لا توفرون أي حلول للمشاكل الموجودة في التطبيق مؤخراً،أرجو حل المشكلة لان التطبيق كان متميز جدا ونحن لا نريد التقليل منه قيمته.فأرجو منكم تلاشي الأخطاء والرد على تعليقي لأعلامي بموعد حل المشكلة.وشكرا التطبيق لم يفتح معي لماذا كلما افتحه يطلب مني اتصال بالانترنت وعندما اتصل بشبكة واي فاي يبقى التطبيق كحالته السابقة ويعتذر. وهذا يزعجني جدا ارجو منكم حل هذه المشكلة على الفور
كل مرة احتاج اعيد البرمجة والاتصال . وكل مرة اعاني بالساعات والايام حتى استطيع العمل .
