Se quedan con el dinero de eventos cancelados. Festival en Madrid, cancelan, y devuelven solo 2€ alegando que los otros 22€ de la entrada son gastos de gestión y no se devuelven.
Me han cancelado una entrada para un festival que se celebra mañana sin mí consentimiento. No me han devuelto el dinero, no tengo la entrada y nadie se quiere hacer cargo del error que han causado.
I have been sending them messages to know about the changes of my Hideout 2022 tickets bought in 2019 since March 2021 and still haven't received an answer. Disgusting. Please if you can buy the tickets in any other app please do. I defused the ticket because they were going to invite to a boat and beach party, the festival finishes tomorrow and i still haven't received an answer.
