I first began playing on mobile with an LG Stylo 4 with occasional crashes, but now the app no longer even loads. I know it's not a new device that I'm playing it on, but it seems that it should be able to run the game. Disappointed that my only choice it to get a new device or play on desktop. Edit 3/27/2024: I uninstalled and reinstalled the app and it works for most tasks, except for system/galaxy view. It crashes after only a few moments in system/galaxy view. All in all, works alright now.

Have played the game for years now. The customer support is atrocious at best. The final straw was AFTER paying money to level and progress they decided to implement a feature that literally requires me to go back over 40 levels to finish. What was the point in me paying and progressing? And when I ask for help due to the feature not being beneficial to my gameplay at all, the only thing you get is basically "oh well, can't help". Would think if you paid to progress they'd let you.

This game is massively unstable. It crashes multiple times an hour. The developer doesn't care. They just keep stacking new content on top of old, broken content. There is no good free path. Decent progress costs hundreds per month. All for a broken game that they'll never fix. After 5+ years, original issues persist. They break something that's been working fine in every update, along with giving you a new feature that doesn't work correctly. They know nothing about Star Trek, and its shows.
