As of the latest update the game is super bugy, when you are in the phase of viewing your actions the game will skip some turn like it's a glitch, very annoying! Not just that though, if you don't allow the game to have access to your personal info on google account it will constantly asks for that and won't let you play in peace. The profile section is also a mess right now with login problems, in some occasions keyboard won't even work when you try to enter your credentials. Good game made bad

It's a fun game and very engaging, but there are a few minor improvements that could be added. For example, protectorates should probably allow you to move your troops into/through their territories; the game could provide basic information in a clearer fashion (the Info button is very small, and it doesn't tell you why you can't recruit troops in a certain province or if it's going to revolt); and as a quality of life feature, it shouldn't cost Action Points and a ton of gold to rename a town.

This is my new favorite game! It reminds me of the classic war strategy games from the '90s like World Empire and Lords of Conquest, but made even better! Plenty of customization options when setting up a game, so you can have a different game experience each time you play. It can be played offline for free, and multiplayer online for in-game credits which can be won in the game. A few free maps (including the very fun Fantasy map) ARE available in the map store, you just have to look for them.
