Core gameplay is fine, it's a simple matching puzzle game, and I enjoyed the balance of using the matches to charge the attacks then activate them, instead of just mindless matching. However, the UI is slow and freezes often, and the loot boxes take forever to open. You can view ads to open them faster, but 50% of the time the game crashes after the ad, and when that happens it doesn't reduce the timer. I actually lost an entire loot box to the app crashing while trying to open it.

The game in general is very entertaining and has many characters and leveling up to do. However, for me the rating of this game is low because the game constantly shows advertisements which shouldn't be the case especially since this game is mainly for children. I get that the game needs to earn money through advertisements but the advertisements keep appearing after each match is over, the worst part is that most ads cannot be skipped. Toning down the ads would make the game enjoyable.

Generally, the game is good mindless fun, and I'm enjoying it well enough. However, I've got a complaint on the loot boxes. I opened a Legendary Omnivault, which states that it *guarantees* a 5 star hero. Yet, somehow, I received a 4 star Four Arms instead. This feels like such a blatant disregard for something so simple, and I hope that you correct this issue.
