When the game & server work properly, it's an enjoyable game. However, technical difficulties on both the site & app, for which I'm repeatedly punished with points & chips losses as well bans, have made it impossible to enjoy. Today, the server *twice* disallowed me to continue gameplay, reloading didn't help (could only rejoin, not play cards) on either site or app, so more big losses. I've spent money on this game for 2 years, I'm finally fed up with their infuriating tactics. DONE.

Editing my review because not only have the ads become more intrusive but they play sound regardless of the fact that I have turned sounds off on the app.

This is the best format I have come across for Canasta but it's also the most unfriendly game site I have ever been on. Getting any help from admin is virtually impossible, when I sent a query in for a better explanation of a game rule I was given the link to the game rules within the game itself, which I had read but didn't find the clarification I needed... Making me feel like I had jumped on the merry go round.
