My team completed the Alice in Wonderland themed game, and it's a very unique experience! Great for all ages, as our team ranged from 6 to 60. For those wanting to know what it's like... It's similar to a geocaching type app in that it leads you to walk to checkpoints in the nearby area, and when you reach the physical location, the app unlocks the next part of the story, with riddles and minigames that appear on your phone. Excellent for exploring your local area in a fun way!

Managed to set up as part of a team earlier in the day, but on going to the start location the app failed to launch, getting stuck on the verification page. Eventually I got into the app - but it had forgotten the event I was meant to be a part of! Others who got in had some problems too, unfortunately with it being a busy Saturday I think the cell networks were falling over. We abandoned the game after half an hour as we figured going for a cup of tea was more enjoyable!

This app has some novel ideas, but stops short of being as cool as I thought it was going to be. For one, the creators must not check out the area first as major construction was going on where the event was and was in the way of some landmarks. Also, most of the game is just walking between locations on the map with no game mechanic supporting it (fine as long as you know going in). The mini games are not hard for the most part and could be more creative. I do not feel the app is worth the $$$
