This game is already hard without a slow, difficult to control port. Love this series, wish this version were better. Specifically, the game started slowing down on the very first level. Also, the joystick requires that your finger stays within a very small circle, otherwise it resets to center. Not so fun.

Joystick doesn't operate outside of it's designated zone, there's no way to lock Vulcan cannons in place without having to adjust them constantly in order to move and fire, there's no way to customize controller enabled controls, and the game lags quite a lot of there are too many things on screen. Just like I remember. :) MUST BUY.

For those who played Metal Slug games in PS (Playstation), I don't suggest this Android version. The joystick has limited drag area, in other words players aren't able to move well. The joystick only has one option (multiple directly arrow move controls), not being round joystick like in a mobile MOBA game. Movements are very restricted making dying swift. The game is the same as for how PS story goes. Menu interface is somewhat different. Gameplay screen is shown in square, not fullscreen
