Bad user experience: While the app works, when it works, it also has some problems. But the main issue is that the app just says it has no internet connection. Clearing the cache makes it work. But then if you manage to forget your password... then you can reset it..sure..except that clicking the link in the email... returns "page not found". And at this point the "smart" feature became dumb. Thank you , tefal for great products with bad user expetience. Way to build trust with users.

Of the 63 recipes for my appliance, 4 are simply repeats. Nothing I'm likely to cook, really, although I would like to cook more in my easy fry and grill! Was going to try the sweet potato chips, but step 4 of the recipe is to check the meatballs are cooked(?) and then you serve them with chicken and pepper skewers - why? I thought I might serve the potatoes with the imaginary meatballs. So much for lots of recipes to try. A useless app!

Was unable to create an account through the app, when you get to the box to create a password it starts reloading and throws you back to the beginning. I gave up until I realised I need an account to bookmark recipes! So I went on web browser and created account online first, but the app won't recognise the login details! Absolutely useless app and I've wasted too much time on getting nowhere.
