A very nice game, lots more to play than in part 1, and the puzzles were definitely more challenging - had to cheat a couple of times. Too much of running around, frustrating when accompanied with movement anim being way too slow (checkpoints didn't help much here either), and that "swoosh" on every movement... I hate it now. :D But overall it was very much worth playing through.

Very challenging and kept you thinking, I did get a bit lost at times trying to get back to the necessary puzzles. I definitely needed the walk through at times but it was generally enjoyable. I did get stuck a few times where I couldn't walk forward so I needed to fast travel to somewhere else and then it worked when I returned.

Loved it! Just finished Ancient Curse tonight. Reminiscent of the Room games but with its own unique style. Difficulty is notched up a level or two from the first game in the series. Not Myst or Riven difficult, but certainly enough to challenge. Satisfying puzzles, very nice 3D graphics and atmospheric sound effects, even a bit scary at times. For a one man band, what David has managed to put together is incredible. I've also bought the 3rd game so will be starting that shortly.
