Final result: The files followed me. It took a few minutes to migrate. I used internal storage in the app to start a new file. The app's system has a good back up in place for preserving files. Original Question: I upgraded. The files went missing with the latest upgrade. Is this backed up on your end?
As someone extremely picky about all of my apps, this one has been one of the best I have paid for. Searching for a combination note-taking/artboard application to use for mind mapping, I came across Concepts. It is feature-rich with practical tools, user-friendly and intuitive. If you have latency issues, just check your apps settings. I have been using it for about a month and have had none. A $25 lifetime subscription and users give 1 ⭐ 🤯. Understand what the app is for first.
Free version is not vector. You can only draw freestyle. There's no line, circle, rectangle, or other shapes to use. If it had shapes and the ability to manipulate it, I would have at least bought the vector pdf export version for $5.00. $29.99 is too much money, especially since a reviewer said it's possible to loose your one time payment. I hate knowing I could loose my lifetime payment and nothing can be done about it. I will not recommend this product to anyone!
