They have made several additions to gameplay this year that people are divided on. I don't care. I'm not aiming for high level pvp, since I hate pvp. I can get the one reward I need. Important to me is that they added an updated main story (part 2ish, though it replaced the 1st) which makes the player a character in the game. I liked that Dislyte hadn't done this and so I hate the player character so much I can't stand reading the new story. If it leaks into event stories, I will quit playing.

Love the game and all but the main problem and a Downer for me is that whenever I play for a certain amount of time the game starts to lagged and force close even when I spend time on esper ascension and changing equipment or any other things on esper page it always starts to lag ,even if I change graphic to the lowest setting still it's the same thing lagged and forced close. please fix this , I really hate it whenever I play and I have to reopen the game like constantly cause it lagged alot

I had an account with moderate progress. Took a break, and all my progress was reset. I got over it and played again for months, dozens of espers, high account level, and after another break, my progress got reset again. I will not be playing this game anymore unless I can get my progress back. I linked accounts, and it didn't pick anything up. I'm done, especially since contacting support just gives you a bot chat and no actual solutions
