App is okay, but not all terms are explained. I placed an order that was delivered correct, but late. Instacart offered me a $10 credit for a future order, without listing terms. When I tried to place an order I found out "no alcohol," then tried ordering frozen pizzas and the fees were more than the credit (before tip). So the service is okay, just unreliable about time, and their "make it right" is essentially just "partial discount on delivery fees on a future order."

The app has some annoying issues. The options for notifications don't work. Meaning if I select push notif. Only it will CONSTANTLY send emails about EVERY LITTLE THING. The change email or password is broken in the app, it always says your password is wrong and won't allow u to change anything in app. Anything to do with my account I have to use a web browser and sign in on the website. Had to change to an old email address cuz it won't stop filling up my inbox. Its awful.

Great for individuals, difficult for families. I enjoy the plus subscription benefits, which saves a ton of time and hassle with grocery shopping. Tried the family account but it's very difficult to use. Both members need to have the ability to pick up the order. When a family cart order is placed, only that person has access to the order. This defeats the purpose of a family cart.
