I'm really annoyed right now. I've subscribed and am still seeing ads. I subscribed to the one year. I thought maybe it didn't go through so I tried for the month. Still didn't work, tried again for the week. Still not working. But my card has been charged 3 times!! So I'm in over $20 and still it's still showing me ads and premium photos are still locked. This is ridiculous. There is obviously a huge bug in your system and it needs to be fixed.

Nothing works right! I subscribed to get no ads and to unlock ALL pictures. And the game won't allow us to access most of the pictures without watching ads or clicking subscribe. But when I click subscribe it says I'm already subscribed! I went to settings to try and contact the developer, but there is no option for contact. So frustrating! I guess they haven't solved for this issue since SEPTEMBER, when another user mentioned the exact same thing. Now I have a crying child. Thanks for nothing.

I did what was suggested. Even tried a different phone, still same issue, ads and more ads. (Also have sent an email to game customer service). Paid for year subscription to have No ads and be able to have more coloring choices. Still have ads and no additional coloring choices. Have tried the uninstall/install still ads and no extra coloring. Also, would have reached out to the customer service of the app - but I could not find a way to email for help. So I don't recomend this app.
