I don't understand how you can justify charging for the ability to watch every game if it has this many issues. I have never even made it through an entire quarter without the app crashing. I've tried it on multiple devices and WiFi networks and it still crashes. Some of the issues have been the app flat out not showing scores or loading the games, signing me out every time it crashes, and telling me I don't have a subscription even though it's active on my Google account. Fix this.
SO many bugs. Constantly having to exit and reload because the video cuts out and freezes indefinitely. Even worse trying to stream on Xbox. First and last season I'm getting a subscription until I hear otherwise. Still horrible connection and constantly loses signal and then have to restart the entire app which takes at least a minute (and this is while getting to watch a couple minutes at a time before video cuts out). DO NOT GET THIS APP. NOT WORTH THE SUBSCRIPTION CURRENTLY.
Pure unwatchable garbage on anything other than my phone. My daughter and I gave up about 6 weeks into the season. I tried everything they suggested, deleting and reinstalling, clearing the cache, etc. Useless. Just non-stop crashes. We gave it one more chance tonight and tried to watch the Packers-Cowboys playoff game... first crash: 3 minutes in. Reloaded... 2nd crash: while trying to fast forward to where we were. After the 3rd crash, I just said screw the NFL app. I'm done.

What is an XAPK file, and what should I do if the NFL I downloaded is an XAPK file?

A file with .xapk extension is a compressed package file. It is a container file format that incorporates APK and additional associated files required for the installation.

On mobile phones, users need to install the XAPK installer first, and then install XAPK files through that installer. You can find the installer here:https://apkcombo.com/how-to-install/. But on PC client, you just need to put the file on LDPlayer.
