Excellent app with a few oversights. As a long-time customer I'm disappointed that the developer invests in everything but the actual riding experience. Every time the slope changes, resistance of my stages bike changes immediately, not quite like the real world. No integration of gearing indicators. And unfortunately, the videos are all fixed angle, so there's zero indication of you're going uphill or downhill or straight, the video will always look the same. Please improve!

I really like this app but wish I could do ERG-based workouts without a route video. I say this because it's often impossible to download recommended route videos. The videos simply DO NOT DOWLOAD, not ever! It's like using a phone modem. Similar experience when starting workouts or courses where one has to suffer through the 'Loading..." screen that some times never loads.

Excellent concept with a terrible app, which is so disappointing given that this is a subscription based program. I download each ride before starting and about 20 to 30 percent of the time, the ride freezes or loses internet connection (even though the ride is downloaded) causing me to lose progress and inability to save anything. Incredibly frustrating. Otherwise, I love the realistic rides and wide selection of options (duration, elevation, distance). Honestly considering cancelling my sub.
