As a 5 years old player, also a Sdorica Youtuber, I admit I used to love this game but not anymore. To make it short, story is bad starting from eclipse (season 3). For art even before AI is a thing their art quality from their insource artist are worsen as well. And this game is extremely buggy, some bug occur for 3 years and never fix. Always lag for no reason (best record is 3 FPS), audio are bugged from time to time, drain battery like crazy, even "Low" setting won't make things better.

Used to really enjoy this game with its art and music, but it's felt like it's been... stale? I guess? It lags really badly even when I know my phone can handle more intensive games so that drags things out further until it's just tedious. And though I'll reserve full judgment since I don't have all the facts, the rumors I've seen involving the support of AI art (especially the possibility it's in place of/replacing actual artists) have been really discouraging.

Combat is well designed - a turn-based strategy and color-matching hybrid, with an emphasis on team synergy. The art style and music are very good. The story & characters are engaging. And it's a very F2P friendly game - resources for improving characters are easily obtainable, if you're up for a bit of grind. However, as a result of this simplicity, the summon rates for even low ranked characters feels far too low at times. Despite that, Sdorica is a rather good game overall.
