Anytime I get an ad my game freezes and forces me to restart just to get another ad which again freezes. When I do restart the app I get sent to the bottom of the level list, meaning I can only really play daily, which gives me ads. If my game is going to freeze anytime I play it with low connection, I shouldn't be able to access the game, I'd be fine with a "no connection" error if I was told.

There were too many ads in the free version, so I paid for this game. Which I had no problems with - I'd fallen in love with "Vertex" on the NYT and this is a great alternative. But in the latest update, there are now certain levels that require you to view ads. The longer ones that try to force you into play and frequently send you to the app store, no matter how long you wait or how carefully you tap buttons. I get ad revenue is important, but that's frustrating if you've paid for ad-free!

I purchased the ad-free version and it stopped working over 2 weeks ago when I did a fresh install--I submitted a support request over 2 weeks ago. I e-mailed them twice and submitted 2 more requests since then and I haven't received so much as an auto-reply. We all know the ads are an issue--if you can respond to one star reviews from free users but can't fix this, you deserve less than the one star-review I gave. I requested a refund from Google--I trust them to be competent. Take notes.
