very interesting spin on the genre. the fast paced gameplay and strategy coupled with the varying speeds of progression makes for some fun math. I do think certain aspects seem slow, but I'm less than a day in. I definitely think the lantern showed up super late. and a 5% xp rate is abysmal. causing a lot of swapping in the same loadout. and the UI could use some QoL changes. having to go back to the wild to swap menus is annoying and maybe swap "more info"on spells to a hold to view mechanic.

While a solid and well balanced idle game, I just can't bring myself to recommend it. I was never able to get the offers to work for premium currency, and I don't know if there was a recent update or if I just reached a certain progression through the game, I am now being pushed to spend more real money multiple times per play session, this is after spending a total of 35 dollars to support the developer, remove ads, and to acquire some fun quality of life advantages. It has just become too pushy for my taste.

It's not bad, it's flashy, but not much to do aside from watch my wizard go through the same area over and over again. And I get it, if I help tap things my wizard can actually win but if I don't, they just keep dying on thw same spot 5-10 times until theyre strong enough to burst right through. Also, there's no feedback in tapping on anything, theres no sfx, just music, and it doesn't quite match the chaos happening on my screen. My phone battery also dropped by 4% for playing less than 10 min.
