Fun game but can anyone explain how to Catch rabbits and rats? The quests require you to Catch prey but it never explains how to perform the Catch action!

The other animals r following me all over the map for no reason, a whole group of them. They all wanted to fight me for just simply walking around on the ground. I didn't want to fight them all and flew away. Now they're all walking in line together following me. No matter where I go they all keep popping up. This is so stupid, Obviously I can't take on a whole group by myself. The ai animals need to be programmed more realistically. Also u cant even perch in trees, makes no sense.
