This app started out great. My grandson loved it and I bought into it. After having paid for everything you could possibly add on, it started freezing. Now, we can only get to the Mattel logo and nothing happens, even after waiting 1/2 hour or more! Not sure I can let this take up space on my device, but if I uninstall, it is like throwing away the money I had invested. Can't recommend because of this!

We purchased this app for our son. Not once but twice, due to getting us a new tablet and we couldn't find the original purchase we made. Now we have gifted him a tablet and wanted to restore the game on his. Oh look you cannot do that but you can purchase it again for a third time(I don't think so). I have connected Mattel with the email/connect details given previously from the help agents but to be told we either don't support that or contact the help team in the UK.. Absolutely incompetent.

Great game, my 3 year old loves it! My only complaint is that we have purchased the full game and it has hindered our enjoyment of the new 75th anniversary content. Instead of winning coins to unlock the new content we have just been given them straight away. Kind of makes it less exciting for him.
