**THIS GAME WON'T PLAY ON SAMSUNG GALAXY S9+** When you try to start the game, it works for a few seconds before there is an error message in Korean that pops up (which can't be copied for translating) with an "ok" button. If you press ok the app closes immediately. If you ignore the pop-up the game continues to download in the background for a little while longer before it crashes. The error message always pops up at the same place in the cutscene.

When the game was first released, it was great, but now it's on the edge of death. The game literally only has about 30-50 active players, including me, and we all play on one 1 server. The game lost heat due to many reasons, but the mains are that it's heavily p2w and the devs just won't address major bugs and issues. Like Facton War has been broken for months, and due to the lack of community, it's near impossible to activate the Mystic Alter. Devs, stop being overly greedy and fix the game!

I like the graphics of the characters, the story/voices, and special attack animation. The game starts off fluently at the beginning with the tutorial. However, once you start collecting your roster of chars. Upgrading them become confusing and difficult. Can’t tell which chars to upgrade when you have duplicates. Promotion chars are mix with playable chars. Theres no detailed sort filter. Building/Upgrading mix gacha play just doesn't work. It feels like a chore trying to keep up with both.
